After a Comprehensive Evaluation has been conducted by a Lead Analyst (BCBA, Licensed Professionals) and an Individualized Treatment Plan has been created, 1:1 therapy session is implemented to address the needs of the child. Parent training is also a component to decrease problem behaviors, increase independence, and promote consistency in the way that skills and replacement behaviors are taught. Length of therapy sessions may vary per client as well as units approved depending on plan and client’s needs. During these therapy sessions, Analyst and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work closely with the child and caregiver on implementing skills that help reduce maladaptive behaviors according to the Individualized Plan. Progress is monitored through data collection and graphing, and it is also shared with caregivers.
